We are looking for a full-time brewer to operate our 30 bbl brewhouse.
Conditions of this system include but are not limited to milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, addition of hops, whirlpool, and tempering wort. Furthermore, the brewer is responsible for pre- and post cleaning and sanitation of all vessels and transfer equipment. Ancillary responsibilities will include pitching yeast, beer transfers, barrel filling, fruit processing, operating canning line, tank CIPs, maintenance of equipment and parts, and other cellar requirements.In addition to hourly pay, you'll receive:

We are looking for a full-time cellar person to work in our 30 bbl brewhouse.
This is an entry-level role. Previous employees in this role learned to brew and were promoted to the Brewer role. We are willing to train candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and are self-starters.
This position performs a variety of brewery tasks, including working on the canning line, kegging beer, cleaning and sanitizing, and assisting with the brewing process.

KITCHEN STAFF
We are looking for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about making great food to join our Kitchen Team! We're hoping you have a working knowledge of back-of-house operations, are comfortable following a recipe, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities include:
prepping dough and farm ingredients for service
building pizzas and other menu items, and operating our wood-fired brick oven
general kitchen tasks including set-up/break-down, dishes, etc.

HOST - PETERSBURG LOCATION:

Job duties include:
Setting up and breaking down the bar
Order taking, table maintenance, and cash handling
Guiding guests with food and beverage selections by making thoughtful, educated suggestions and answering questions
Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
Ensuring that the beers on tap are acceptable to serve
Restocking kegs and package beer
